Collected more than a half-billion dollars in county and state revenues. Mary K. Smithson Clerk of Courts Serving as our Clerk of courts since 1996. Established the first online payment system in Bucks County. Introduced the first check scanning system in Pennsylvania. Computerized billing procedures to facilitate debt collection.   Dr Joseph Campbell Coroner Serving as our Coroner for eight years. Surgeon at Grandview Hospital and St. Luke's Hospital. Improved operations through computerization and smart management. Overseeing completion of the county's first state-of-the-art Morgue/Crime Lab.
