Here's what happens when you bulk email

• Your advertisement gets sent out to thousands of people who have no interest.
• Most people delete this email. Some, though, complain to your Internet Service Provider. Many ISPs consider bulk email (ie, SPAM) to be grounds for removing your account.
• Done often enough, your name gets passed around to lists as a businesss to avoid.

The Internet is not a personal playground for businesses to advertise for free. Never buy any publicity campaign that you don't understand how it works. Many vendors will offer to "get your business known", and just happily spam your business and ruin your name.

So if bulk emailing is wrong, how do you get your customers?
