To All CZ Brats;
My name is Dennis A. Talavera, first cousin to Tom, Bill and Pat Arnold. The Arnolds grew in Curundu and I visited them often while living in Chorrera with our grandmother.
Tom Arnold married Susan Donahue back then and had two sons, Tom and Teddy. Tom Arnold (son) acquired “ NEROBLASTOMA” a rare type of cancer and died of it in 1988. He was only 23 years old. Teddy Arnold has a son, Tom Arnold III, who has also acquired “ ACUTE LYMPHOBLASTIC LEUKEMIA “ in 1999. He was 14 years olds then and he was treated for 3 years and has been in remission for 1 year and 4 months. On April 15th of this year, his blood count revealed that he has RELAPSED and now has leukemia again. He will have to have a BONE MARROW transplant and we do not have a donor (this is where you all come in). The test is free. You just have to give a pint of blood at a BLOOD BANK. You need to ask them to do a “HLA” test typing and have the results sent to:

In advance I thank you for any and all the help you can give us keeping Tommy alive.
Sincerely,
