Mushroom Risotto
Ingredients:

2 Cans of chicken stock
1 Cup of Rice
1 Onion
4 Cloves garlic
3 Cups of Mushrooms
1/3 cup wine
1 Tablespoon of parmesean cheese
1 Cup of Peas
Steps:

Dice the onions and garlic
Sautee the onion, garlic, and rice for 2 minutes.
Add the wine.
Slowly add chicken stock while simmering.
Allow rice to absorb the stock
When 1/3 of a can of chicken stock is left
add the mushrooms, and peas.
Keep simmering and adding chicken stock.
Add parmasean cheese.
Season to taste.


Shells
Ingredients:

1 box of Shell's
2 Onions
1 Pound ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 Tablespoon Worcester sauce
1 Tablespoon Vinegar
Pinch of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
8 oz can of tomato sauce
2 small cans of mushrooms
3 Teaspoons of Chili powder
Steps:

Chop Onions.
Brown Onions and meat.
Cook Shells.
Combine all ingredients and stir well.
Simmer.
