Where is the event? Suburban Philadelphia: about 50 minutes from downtown or Philadelphia International Airport

How do I get in? Send in an application: must be received by April 15, 1999. You can find one in html and MS WORD 97. Then cross your fingers that your team gets accepted. It's an invitational tourney, after all, so the UPA will be carefully considering bids looking for diversity and talent to showcase the Juniors' Invitational.
