REFUND POLICY

Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Any applicable credit to refund tuition charges for students who discontinue their studies through any Saint James College program or department will be granted upon receipt of a signed letter delivered by U.S. mail giving notice of withdrawal and request for refund.

It is the policy of Saint James College to refund all tuition monies received in a timely manner provided that formal requests are made in accordance with the following schedule:

1.  Before the first class / lesson / module is completed by student and received at the college – 100% of Tuition

2.  Before the second class / lesson / module is sent out by the college to the student – 100% of Tuition

3.  After the second class / lesson / module is completed by the student and received at the college – 50% of Tuition

4.  After the third class / lesson / module is completed by the student and received at the college – No Refund.

Any outstanding balance on a student's account is deducted from the tuition credit.
