REFUND POLICY
Withdrawal/Refund Policy
Any applicable credit to refund tuition charges for students who discontinue
their studies through any
It is the policy of
1. Before the first class / lesson / module is completed by student and received at the college – 100% of Tuition
2. After receiving the first lesson from the student but before the second class / lesson / module is sent out by the college to the student – 75% of Tuition
3. After the second class / lesson / module is completed by the student and received at the college – 50% of Tuition
4. After the third
class / lesson / module is completed by the student and received at the college
– No Refund.
5. After the college has received a tuition payment in any amount from a student, signifying agreement to enroll, if no lesson or homework or cancellation is received in writing from the student within two months from the date of receipt of payment, no refund will be made.
Any outstanding balance on a student's account is deducted
from the tuition credit.
Student is deemed to agree fully with the Refund Policy Terms and Conditions as outlined above when any initial tuition payment is tendered to Saint James College or its parent organization, The Love Church Worldwide.
Student agrees to defend and indemnify Saint James College, The Love Church Worldwide, its directors/trustees, faculty and staff against any action of any kind initiated by a current and/or former student. Also, current and/or former student agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all legal fees and/or collection fees incurred by Saint James College, The Love Church Worldwide, its directors/trustees, faculty and staff associated with the violation of any of the terms of this Refund Policy. This is standard contractual terminology utilized by other colleges, universities, businesses, and not-for-profit agencies. The Love Church Worldwide and its educational institution, Saint James College, are not-for-profit agencies.
