College Career:

Brendan was not exposed to Ultimate in his college days but was athleticaly active. He was the MVP and captain of the swimming/diving team at Rider.

Club Career: After graduating Rider with a BS in accounting Brendan played semi-pro baseball and performed in diving shows through 1989. He was first introduced to Ultimate in the Fall of '89 and became very good very fast. In his first PADA summer league season he co-captained with another rookie, Jennifer Nowak, and lost in the finals. In the fall of '90 he joined Nasty Habits which became Double Secret in '91. In '92 Brendan and George Troemel were invited to play with Gimme $5 who lost in the game to go to Nationals by just one. The next fall season Brendan formed Philadelphia RAGE and has been the captain and heart of the team ever since.

Favorite Ultimate Moment: Besides qualifying for 1996 Nationals, participating in and winning the inaugural North/South NUA All star game.

While not playing Ultimate: Watches money for city hall.
