JBs UU Specification

UUEncode/ UUDecode is a pretty simple method for converting
binary data into text, that can be sended by e-mail.

Such Text must contain only Characters in the range of Ascii_33 to
Ascii_127. A Description of the method comes with the Text document

UU_E.TXT - UUEncode Specification (15 kBytes).

Enjoy it, but Caution! It's translated "quick 'n dirty" from old German.
