 LUCILLE NATALIE SMITH 82, of Houston, Texas
passed away September 18, 2007 in Houston. Natalie was born on
October 31, 1924 in Crosby, Texas to Oscar and Ida (Nelson)
Reidland. Natalie has lived in the Houston and Crosby area all of
her life and taught school for 35 years. In her spare time she
enjoyed traveling, taking pictures of all the courthouses in Texas,
genealogy, publishing the Reidland-Nelson news for 16 years and most
of all spending time with her family and friends. Natalie was a very
proud and caring woman that always had word of encouragement for
everyone and she will be deeply missed by all that knew her. Natalie
is preceded in death by her parents, sister Irene Dietrich and
sister Bernice Havard. She is survived by her loving husband of 63
years Dale Smith, daughter Betty (Elisabeth) Barrett and husband
Rob, granddaughter Lisa Barrett and husband Michael Bonas, grandson
David Barrett and wife Jennifer and her first great grandchild is on
the way. A visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday
September 20, 2007 from 5-9pm at Sterling-White Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held Friday September 21, 2007 at 10am at
Sterling-White Funeral Home. Services have been entrusted to
Sterling-White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd Highlands,
Texas 281-426-3555.
