1962 Classmates

Several of us from the Class of ’62 recently attended the reunion for the Class of ’63.  First off, I want to say what a great job Cherie Atkins Young did for her class.  Cherie seems as much a part of our class since she is married to our classmate, Robert Young.   She is a class act!!

Those of us who attended had a great time.  In fact, Friday night a small group sat in the Hospitality Suite until the very wee hours of Saturday morning.  The Class of ’62 was in the majority!!!  We out-laughed and out-lasted the “younger” class of ‘63!    We looked back on our years at Jones with great fondness and talked about how very different things are now and how great it is that we can get together and it seems like it was just yesterday that we last met.  We talked about the 50^th reunion coming up for us and hope that our classmates will keep their interest strong.  On the outside we may not look like we did then, but inside, we are basically the same and we have that “Falcon Connection”.  

To those of you who were there, thanks for a great weekend.  To those of you who were not;  you have our 50^th to catch up!!!
