My 40 Years of Highlights.

My Dad was transferred to Fort Worth in 1961, so I missed the last year at JHJ HS. But it will be great to see old friends, some who date from Kelso & Alcott elementary schools.

Lana and I met in Denton were I was in graduate school after A&M, and we married in 1968. We spent our first 2 years in Fulda Germany (U.S. Army) were our Son Matthew was born. Returning to Dallas, I went to work for Mobil Oil and continued a nomadic existence. We've lived in Chicago, Detroit (where our son Scott was born), Pennsylvania (2 places) while I worked in New York City, and now Virginia. I retired in 2000, along with several long time friends, when Mobil merged with Exxon.

Lana is now a full time volunteer with Western Fairfax Christian Ministries, and I'm a busy househusband. The Chesapeake Bay is near by, and a perfect place for me to continue my passion for sailing. I also do a little volunteering at our church, and we travel a bit.

Both our boys work in computer related fields. (Who doesn't?) Matt & his wife Linda live in Fort Collins Colorado, and Scott lives only 15 minutes from us. Now, if someone would just produce a grandchild . . . .
