Wow! A lot has happened in my life in the past year! I have been divorced since last February. My short-lived career as a retired person also had to end. I am now half-way through LPN (nursing) school. I am doing very well and really enjoying it.

When last I saw you all I told you I had lost my singing voice. Well -- it's back! I am now singing again - solos, duets, karaoke, you name it.

I have been in Southeast Oklahoma (small town) for 3 years and I moved my parents to a new home on the street behind me last Thanksgiving (shortly before finding out I would be single). I don't live alone, however. My stepson who is also in school is living with me for a year to save us both money. My eldest son lives in Houston now and at some point I envision myself moving back to Texas.

I can't wait to see everyone at the reunion. Thank you for picking a hotel 2 blocks from my son's apartment. The plans sound great. I still go review the Web page a friend's house (I lost the computer in the divorce) and it is really helpful with staying in touch.
