3. THE MAGIC FLUTE
Sitting in a quiet place, open your ears to all the sounds around you. Imagine that within or behind these sounds you hear a beautiful, heavenly choir or magic flute. This gradually increases in volume, then fades into the background sounds again.

4. CELESTIAL DEW
You are walking through a sprinkling or showering of bright, sparkling, frangrant dew. Do this for as long as it is interesting and enjoyable.

5. THE DATE ON THE TREE
You are on a high alpine meadow on a very beautiful, sunny day. You are alone, in a private place. You take off your clothes and begin to dance. As you dance in the sunshine, you see from the corner of your eye, off in a corner of the meadow, a large spreading tree with branches reaching high. A silver glint or glitter from the tree attracts you, and you move toward it. There is a date carved on the tree. What is the silvery glint? What is the date?

6. THE WARDROBE
You are having a marvelous time playing in the mud. Perhaps there are other people with you, and you all sling mud around. You are very dirty. You go into the house and take a luxurious bath or shower, then dry yourself with a beautiful towel. Then you go into the bedroom where there are wardrobe closets in all four walls. Open them and choose something to wear. What do you choose? Note expecially the texture of the garments.

7. THE BAT CAVE
High up on a hill there is a cave, looking somewhat like a gash across the landscape. Climb up to it and go inside. Penetrate deeper and deeper into the darkness. Bats, disturbed by your passage, begin to stir. They make sounds (which you can imitate if you like). The bats fly past you. One of them looms in front of your. Look into its eyes and ask a question. Now, banish the whole scene and ask, "What is the secret of the bat?"
