A Night of Honors

The City of Washington Pipe Band had the privilege to play at the Kennedy Center Honors Celebration which is an annual televised event recognizing the talents and lifetime achievements of deserving artists.  In 1999, Sean Connery was one of the artists who was presented with this award.  As part of the celebration, the City of Washington played for the Scottish actor, much to his surprise, and left him dancing in the President's Box.
