Education

CCNC Foundation, working with CCNC and other environmental organizations, educates the public, raises awareness of environmental issues, educates people on how they can become involved in the democratic and policy making process, and encourages citizens to participate in the democratic process. CCNC Foundation works with other environmental groups to build the capacity of the environmental community, providing training for citizens, and tools for environmental organizations. CCNC Foundation also works directly with state agencies to ensure environmentally sound rulemaking.
