Administrative Rulemaking Advocacy

Sometimes the fight for environmental protection takes place before North Carolina’s citizen Boards and Commissions, such as the Environmental Management Commission and the Coastal Resources Commission. These arenas are more technical, but remain highly charged politically. CCNC and CCNC Foundation get involved, providing an important voice in the sometimes complex and cantankerous debates that swirl around. We also provide an opportunity for members to get involved, educating them to be effective advocates themselves.
