List
for Kids Help C.A.M.P.ers
C.A.M.P.
has joined a newly formed and innovative alliance to help C.A.M.P.ers
achieve their potential through funds generated
from real estate transactions. The alliance is called List
for Kids, and it is due to the ingenuity of Bo J. DePena,
II. Bo is a local entrepreneur who combined his fervent passion
for helping children with his savvy as a realtor to create this
unique non-profit venture. Here is how List for Kids
benefits C.A.M.P.ers while saving home buyers and sellers money:
When a home is sold through List for Kids, an immediate
savings is realized. Instead of paying the normal six percent
commission, the home seller pays a three percent brokerage commission
fee to the selling realtor/broker for procuring the buyer, a
one percent tax-deductible donation to participating charity,
and $500 administrative fee to List for Kids to cover
its listing and transaction cost.
If buying and selling a house is in your future, and you want
to help C.A.M.P., give Joe Castro a call at 210-820-9900 or
email joecastro@listforkids.org
or visit their website http://www.listforkids.org.
