RECENT BAY CIRCUIT NEWS!!!!(1) New BCT!!!! The ribbon cutting for the Bruce Freeman Trail(first phase)was held on August 28         2009. This is a long awaited addition to our state's rail trails. It's also another 8 or 9 miles of Bay Circuit Trail. Details on Friends of Bruce Freeman website. (2) More BCT!!! In September BCA signed a license agreement with Mass. Turnpike Authority which connects the BCT in Framingham at Staples to Ashland via a bridge over the turnpike. BCA's TMAC is partnering with AMC trails folks to do the necessary trail installation (not much needed since it's already received considerable informal use).
