While you're reading this text there are two pages preloading themselves into your browser right under your very nose. You may ask, "How?" Well, the screen you're looking at is made of two frames, one sized to '100%' height and the other sized to '*' which acts as a "hidden" frame which can be used to preload other HTML pages. All you have to do is create a frameset with as many frames as documents that you want to preload, in this case two, and use that as the source for the hidden frame.
