Ingredients:
Follow directions for your cupcakes from the box. Make sure you line your cup cake pans with cup cake papers. Bake the cupcakes and let cool. Cut the top off of each cup cake with a sharp knife and fill the hole with a spoonful of raspberry jam. Replace the top of the cupcake and sprinkle confectioners sugar.
