Hard Sauce Plum Pudding Sauce Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 egg, separated 3/4 cup Sherry In al bowl, beat egg yolk and sugar together. In another small bowl, beat the egg white till stiff. Fold in the egg white into the egg yolk. Add the Sherry and mix. Last, fold in the whipped cream and refrigerate...Enough sauce for 4 people.
