Saving Recipes Do you use just a few recipes from each cookbook you have? Keep forgetting which cookbook the recipe is in? To make your life easier, copy the recipe from the cookbook and place those favorites in with your other tried and true recipes. This you save you a lot of time. Don't put in seldom used recipes. Instead, place a strip of paper with the page # and recipe inside the book, like a bookmark. Be sure to add any comments to the paper. Do you have the time to prepare the dish? 7. How many people will you be serving? Can you change the porportions of the ingredients? 8. Does your oven work well? Is is large or small? 9. Where is the recipe from? Has it been tested? Are there missing ingredients?
