JDRF Mentor Program

JDRF recognizes that families dealing with juvenile diabetes face a multitude of challenges.  Many families report that adjustment is particularly difficult is the days and weeks immediately following diagnosis.  One way in which JDRF provides support to families at this critical time is through our Mentor program.

Whether you have a newly diagnosed child or not, we can put you in touch with someone who is willing to share their experiences with you and answer your questions.
