One of the greatest and far reaching activities of C&CA is the establishment of THE ELIJAH PROGRAM which was written and copyrighted by her husband, Dr. Phillip Blansett, while a Research Fellow at the National Cathedral's College of Preachers in 1981. This Elijah program integrates other aspects of C&CA's activities including COOPERATIVE COMPLIANCE, our own AT HOME INPATIENT CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC PROGRAM OF BEHAVIOR AND ATTITUDINAL CHANGE AND RECOVERY.

Dr. Phillip Blansett, President and Senior Therapist of C&CA, as well as Stephanie's husband, is active in giving and presenting seminars and workshops, most of which are free. He maintains a regular seminar schedule in Nashville, Tennessee, and accepts speaking engagements across our country.
